Tasting notes

The Sparkling "Rosé" Wine from Domaine Monternot is 100% Gamay. The grape is black but it has a white juice which stains during pressing. This wine produced by traditional methods presents very fruity notes of fresh grapes. The finish is round and supple without any acidity. It is a wine to drink chillled ! You will enjoy an aperitif or with a pastry.
