Tasting note : 

Le Beaujolais-Villages, Cuvée Fruit et Terroir 2010 is a wine with a strong colour and violet hues. The nose is very typical : floral notes of violet, red and black fruit and spices. This wine has a very rich, creamy texture in the mouth.

Keeping and suggestions : 

- Serve the wine at 14°. 

- It is advisable to decant before serving. 

- This wine goes well with roasted white meat.

Domaine Monternot : the love of  wine  

Jacky and Bernard Monternot love their job. The twins are passionate about their vine and wine. The twelve acres of their vineyard are grassed ; the harvest is severely sorted out. For the both men, the soils are the more important : "We certainly do not want to standardized our wines", they say together. Their aim is to produce smouth wine that become excellent with age.
